This was a good time for us to catch some rays, get ahead on studying, and make some pre-camp bike adjustments. Also, perfect time for a photoshoot with our new Cinelli Stratos Faster crit machines!

Once we picked up Becca and Christa, who were escaping the Colorado snow, we headed north towards San Luis Obispo to LA Sweat HQ!

Just a little behind schedule, (post-greetings and hugs) we packed up the team car and van, and headed towards Cambria aka home base for the weekend #getinthevan

The team car is hooked up with a Yakima trailer and roof rack to fit the whole squad’s new bikes! Can you count how many bikes the team car is hauling? #allthebikes

The weather could not have been more perfect.

Finally arriving to our team home, along the coast in Cambria, CA – it was time to get our new gear… and time for the most anticipated KIT REVEAL!

Friday Morning began like this… #itsfridayfriday

Followed by team rollout AIS* by 9AM to ride with our friends from Lezyne for a bit, before breaking off to ride north on Pacific Coast Highway.

The ride view along PCH were spectacular! It was hot and sweaty to get here, but really it was totally #worthit

Mid-ride coffee is a Bonus! Doc Birch sure does like her caffeine.

After our gorgeous ride along PCH, we had some down time (before our next activity) which we spent in our team Camp HQ located right on the beach.

To end our day, we had the honor of attending our host family’s spin class. What an epic spin class it was!

5 hour epic ride (coordinated thanks to Blake Anton) began on the beautiful coast of Cambia!

It included of epic dirt climbs, and picturesque fields, and long winding descents (seemed straight out of a storybook!)  Of course, we couldn’t pass up a photo op! ....
